My outdoor fitness class consists of multiple circuit stations which include: muscle strength and endurance, core, balance, unilateral strength, pilates, flexibility, basic plyometrics and yoga. It is appropriate for all fitness levels, men and women. Bring a mat, towel and water bottle. This is a one hour class that is held on Monday and Thursday mornings at 5:30 am. Most activities are more fun with a group and stand up paddling is no exception. Our purpose is to share and spread our love of SUP to as many people as we can. We hope to educate, inspire and get others as hooked on SUP as we are! So whether you're new to SUP or a seasoned veteran, come out and make some new friends, have fun and enjoy being on the water.
The groups purpose is to meet up for trail running. Join if you are comfortable on the trails and if you can run at least for 50 min without stopping.
