Goals of True Form Running Group: To improve our abilities as athletes To gain a sense of camaraderie through training together To accept athletes of all abilities and move toward growth as a runner Incorporate conditioning to exercise other muscle groups Have athletes come chat with our group about nutrition, running techniques, strengthening our skills as runners, etc.

This is a group that will meet to enjoy some of the sights of northeast Ohio on bikes. We will mainly do road cycling since there are few groups that do road cycling and not trails. Everyone is welcome. Different lengths will be available with different difficulties. From beginner who wants to lose weight to the person training for a century race, all are encouraged to join.
