AQUOGA: A/Quo/GA is an aquatic workout suitable for people of all fitness levels. AQUOGA combines aquatic aerobics, yoga, isometric exercise, meditation & yogic breathing. This class is suitable for adults of all sizes and fitness levels and is held in both deep & shallow water. Flotation devices are provided. You will leave the class feeling refreshed and invigorated.

We play ultimate pickup games during the spring/summer season in New Paltz (on SUNY campus behind Lenape). Have fun, meet new people, play ultimate. We have a wide range of ages and skillsets -- no experience necessary, all are welcome. Try to bring 1 white and 1 dark shirt (white is white, dark is anything *not* white that is sufficiently dark) to distinguish the teams.
