This group is for ladies looking to lose weight, gain energy, and get healthy. We are more than just a diet group. There will be meetups with trainers, nutritionists, recipe swaps, clothing swaps, and weekend getaways. We will also play tennis, hike, swim, walks on Jones Beach, Yoga, running a 5K, kayaking, and even some fun Wii time for those rainy days.
