The class will be lead Gamal Abdel chasten, a certified trainer with over 10 years of experience with all levels of fitness. The goal for this Meetup is 3 mornings 6:30-7:30 AM at Audobon Park and Mid City Park in the evening from 6:30-7:30. Each class is $20 for the hour, $35.00 if Mom & Dad attend.
