Group fitness is a great way to stay motivated and lose weight! I wanted to start this meetup to help Fairfield county residents lose weight with our bootcamp classes! It's easy to join, the workouts will be tough but you'll feel great after and you'll lose weight and tone up! I'll also provide you with the nutritional/meal plan tools you'll need to accelerate your weight loss!
This group enjoys keeping fit while having fun walking and hiking in the great outdoors. We explore trails, parks, and beaches on weekends throughout the year. All events are intended to be easy to moderate in difficulty so that even those who are new to hiking can feel happy participating. However, reasonable physical fitness is necessary due to the nature of the activity, and this group is recommended for those who can walk comfortably for at least 2 hours.
