Hello St. Albans - this is a group for organising group meetings to get fit and lose weight and meet other people while doing so. Anybody can organise an event any time or anywhere - e.g. a walk, run, cycle, football game, swim, boot camps so feel free to enter a time and date. This group is all about encouragement, support and friendship and an opportunity to do some exercise with other like minded people.
Fitness Tennis is a great new way to get fit and it is suitable for tennis players of all levels and even non players. We are a group dedicated to ascending peaks and enjoying panoramic views. We organise day walks in the hills around London from the North and South Downs to the Chilterns and perhaps as far north west as the Cotswolds.
