Yoga is for everyone! I wanted to start a meetup yoga group so that everyone can be apart of a yoga/health/wellness community. We meet outdoors on Sunday morning or Monday evening; Our yoga classes are often paired with a run, hike or walk. You don't need to participate in both if you don't want to but we definitely encourage you to and all classes are pay by donation only in my little Karma Jar! Yoga to the People : )
